1. Acceptance of Terms of Service

This is an agreement between Trine Sofie Tveen Nielsen, owner and operator of the concept Base of Branding (the “Company”), https://baseofbranding.com/ (the “Site”), and you (“you” or “You”), a user of the Site.

By using the Site you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, which can be found at  https://baseofbranding.com/privacy-policy/ and is incorporated by reference. If you choose to not agree with any of these terms, you may not use the Site.


2. Changes to Terms of Service

The Concept reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change these Terms of Service (“Updated Terms”) from time to time.


3. Use of Site

3.1. Intellectual Property Rights.

The design, trademarks, service marks, and logos of the Site (“Marks”), are owned by or licensed to the Company, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under international laws and international conventions. The Company reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Site. You agree to not engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of the Site other than expressly permitted.


3.2. User Conduct

You must be 18 years of age or older to submit a “Comment” to the Site.

The Company has the right, in its sole unfettered discretion, at any time, and for any reason or no reason, without providing any prior notice to restrict, suspend or terminate your ability to submit “Comments”.

The company does not verify any information posted to or communicated via the “Comments” sections of the Site by users and does not guarantee the proper use of such information by any party who may have access to the information. You acknowledge and agree that the Company does not assume, and shall not have, any responsibility for the content of messages or other communications sent or received by users of the Site.


4. Your Account

You will need an account for most activities on our platform, including to purchase a course or a service or submit a content. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on  and use our services.

When setting up and maintaining your account, you must provide and continue to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You have complete responsibility for your account and everything that happens on your account, including for any harm or damage (to us or anyone else) caused by someone using your account without your permission.  You must notify us immediately upon learning that someone else may be using your account without your permission (or if you suspect any other breach of security) by contacting our support team .We may request some information from you to confirm that you are indeed the owner of your account.  You can terminate your account at any time.

By creating an account with us or providing us with your personal information, you acknowledge that you will be subscribed to our newsletter. Please be aware that you can unsubscribe at any time.

The Company cares about the integrity and security of your personal information. However, the Company cannot guarantee that unauthorised third parties will never be able to defeat the Site’s security measures or use any personal information you provide to us for improper purposes. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.


5. Content License

By submitting content to Site, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the Site and the Company’s (and its successors’ and affiliates’) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Site (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources.  Links to such websites or resources do not imply any endorsement by the Company of those websites or resources. You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any such websites or resources.

8. Governing Law

These terms of use are governed by and construed in accordance with the English laws and in the jurisdiction and location of Base of Branding choice.
If any provision of these terms of use is held to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable during arbitration or by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that provision will be deemed severable from these terms of use and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Base of Branding’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms will not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. No waiver of any of these Terms will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition. Base of Branding reserves the right to change this dispute resolution provision, but any such changes will not apply to disputes arising before the effective date of the amendment. This dispute resolution provision will survive the termination of any or all of your transactions with Base of Branding.
